Churros

Churros, often referred to as a Spanish doughnut, are a tasty fried snack. "Cook at Home Paella" are now offering a thin and knotted Churro.

Churros originated in Spain and are now enjoyed throughout the world by all nationalities.  They are normally eaten for breakfast dipped in hot chocolate, but we find they can be eaten at any time of the day and work perfectly as a dessert.

Churros are fried in olive oil until they become crunchy developing crispy shell and cake like center.  They are served sprinkled with sugar and cinammon. The surface of a churro is ridged due to having been piped from a churrera, a syringe with a star-shaped nozzle.

We provide the Churros so you can easily fry yourself, as they are generally served hot.

Our Churros are cooked to an authentic Spanish (Madrid) recipe and served in the traditional knotted style (as per picture on right).

Our Churros are sold frozen.  The Churros can be cooked from frozen in minutes.  They can be stored in the freezer and used as required.
